FES-UA

2023-24 Reimbursement Deadline
The deadline to submit 2023-24 reimbursements has passed. If you submitted a reimbursement, please monitor your email or your EMA account for updates as your reimbursement is processed.

2024-25 Reimbursements and Pre-Authorization Requests
At this time, please do not submit any 2024-25 reimbursements for newly eligible items. Submitting these reimbursements prematurely may result in processing delays or in the reimbursement being denied while we update our systems and processes.

For FES-UA legacy students (those funded through the FES-UA program since the 2022-23 school year and before), the family must continue submitting reimbursement requests and pre-authorization requests through the Legacy System.

For all other FES-UA students, families may submit reimbursement requests in EMA. For pre-authorization requests for these students, please click here to learn how to submit a pre-authorization request for them.

Requirements for 2024-25 Awarded Students
If your student has been awarded a PEP scholarship for the 2024-25 school year, families must have submitted their student's 2024-25 Student Learning Plan (SLP) in EMA by Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in order for the student to receive 100% of their scholarship award. If you have not completed this process yet, please do so quickly to avoid any additional funding delays. As a reminder, please make sure 2024-25 is selected from the dropdown when submitting your SLP.

Additionally, for those who also utilized the PEP scholarship for the 2023-24 school year, you must also need to submit your student's 2023-24 end-of-year norm-referenced test or statewide assessment results in EMA by Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

FTC/FES-EO

Enrollment Deadline
Students awarded an FTC/FES-EO scholarship for the 2024-25 school year must be “Enrolled” in EMA to receive funding.

IMPORTANT: For an FTC/FES-EO student to receive 100% of their scholarship award for the 2024-25 school year, the student must be "enrolled" in EMA by October 15, 2024. A student's enrollment completed in EMA between October 16 and January 15 will be available for a future funding review at 50% of their scholarship award.

If your student is not yet showing as “Enrolled” in EMA, take these steps ASAP:

  1. Provide your student’s 2024-25 Award ID to your school. Find your student's Award ID in your EMA account.
  2. The school will submit your student's School Enrollment Form within their EMA account.
  3. Review your student's enrollment for approval.

All steps must be completed by this deadline in order for the student to be available for review for the next round of funding.
